What really matters

Being a mom has put the world into perspective and reminds me everyday of what is really important. If only I could tell my old self (pre babies) to not sweat the small, silly stuff. Just smile and move on. Because what really matters? Having a heart.

I am constantly reminded by these two little faces to always be accepting: Love one another. Be understanding, put others first. Realize that we all have our tough, like really tough, days where we cry on the floor and want to throw shoes- so be kind to one another, don’t judge.  Make a intentional choice to try to be a good role model. Try every day. And if we fail? Tomorrow’s a new day.

Be grateful, very grateful, for what you have. Thank God for family and close friends.
