You Are What You Eat…

banana

Can you see it?

Well, this is quite a complicated thing… to come up with a name for my first blog.  I plan to write about  life (obviously) but also want to have a focus on some of my favorite topics and ideas.  These include:

travel
nutrition and recipies
married life
fitness
business
people and personalities

Also I will blog about my future plans and all the  funny, little, entertaining experiences along the way.  I thought a banana would be appropriate for my page’s theme for now because I have told my husband Josh that I really do believe “You are what you eat“.  I then said “I really do look like what I love to eat, a banana!”

I have to admit, I have been meaning to do this for quite some time.  I always have entertaining circumstances that I believe are worth sharing especially since I am on the road almost 100 days out of the year.

I am anxious to see where this goes!

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
So, Josh is starting his own business and has been working until 9 PM for the past 3 nights.  I am so happy and excited for him.  Plus he is thrilled to death and I can see his drive to succeed in everything he does.  As I am sitting here, I have come up with a list of pro’s and con’s…
The positives-
1. Starting his own business
2. He is happy and hard at work!
3. I don’t rush home from work and can keep up on current projects
4. I have had time to run after work
5. I have a little “me” time to  blog!
6. He makes his own schedule
The negatives-
1. I want to wait until he gets home to eat dinner with him
2. I am hungry!
3. I want to eat dinner
4. Reaching for the pretzels…
You will learn more about my crazy health kick and fun, creative recipes.  I just have a passion for really good food, making my own healthful versions and take pleasure in being savvy with my/our meals.  I feel like I have spent a lot of time doing research on food and recipies; now I have so much to offer! I call this the wedding diet that just stuck.
Banana anyone?
